Welcome to theĀ To The TeethĀ newsletter! Your weekly update of new heavy music. Everything new that did come out these last days of the year is in the playlist onĀ Spotify. If you like what you read and want help keep this in the air: please head over toĀ Patreon and/or Bandcamp.Welcome to the end of the year as we know it. The first year that resembled normality, in a way, after the pandemic. Iāve been at major festivals, Iāve seen a lot of bands in big and small venues, and a lot of acts released great music that had been simmering the past three years. Not to mention (but, to actually mention) I released my very first compilation this year: The Taste of Teeth.I hold my breath for the future, though. Have you seen ticket prices for concerts in 2023? Jesus Harold Christ on rubber crutches, itās expensive to go see a band next year. Of course, all the prices are rising everywhere, so venues, organizers and bands have rising costs like everyone else. My biggest fear is that thereās trouble ahead. You already see tours getting cancelled because of the budget. And who can afford concerts?Anyway. Nicer things: 2022ās output. All the way down I'll give you a bonus non-metal (sorry for the dumb generalizing term) list plus what I look forward to in 2023. I'll also repeat the link to the playlist:š¶ Check out the playlist: 101 best heavy songs of 2022
