🌶️ To The Teeth: Krallice, Meshuggah, Amorphis, Celeste, Sarcasm, Voivod & more!
New albums
🌶️ Krallice - Crystalline Exhaustion (avantgarde black from the USA)
It's not always easy being a Krallice fan. They don't tour much in Europe (I've never seen them) and when they release new music - no warning - it can be utterly compelling, but also... almost impenetrable. The upside: there's a Krallice record for everyone. I love it when they sweep me away to distant star systems with hypnotic riffs and layers of synths. They haven't done that in a few albums which is fine, but goddamnit, they're doing it again! I'm off to the astral plane..
There is more: Celeste (🌶️ black/sludge/post hardcore from France), Sarcasm (🌶️ blackened death from Sweden), Benthik Zone (atmoblack from Portugal), Det Eviga Leendet (🌶️ black from Sweden - with Mare Cognitum's Jacob on vocals), Ectoplasma (death from Greece), Hegeroth (melodic black from Poland), Penny Coffin (death from Scotland/Greece), Slowbleed (metallic hardcore/death from the USA), Tormentor Tyrant (death from Finland), Dawn of Solace (gothic/doom from Finland - member of Wolfheart) and Negativa (black from Spain).
