🌶️ To The Teeth: Brutus, Darkthrone, Exhumed, Full of Hell, Elder, Ggu:ll & more!
New albums
🌶️ Brutus (post/alternative from Belgium)
I loved Brutus' debut, but I struggled to get into their second album. As soon as the first single of this new record came out (re-released through The Taste of Teeth!) though, I knew I'd be back on board: emotional and deeply personal, yet universally understood heavy music. From and to the heart.
🌶️ Ggu:ll (drone/doom from The Netherlands)
Another band from the lowlands, and again music from the heart. A pitch-black heart though: Ggu:ll doesn't offer consolation. No light in the dark. No tears, just nothingness. Unless, of course, you find consolation in great music. Get pulled down in this maelstrom and find out.
There's more: Exhumed (🌶️ death/grind from the USA), Lost in Kiev (post from France), Full of Hell (grind/death from the USA - ep), Abduction (black from the UK), Stryper (heavy from the USA), Black Math Horseman (psychedelic post from the USA), Black Royal (heavy/stoner/death from Finland), Serj Tankian (alternative from the USA), a split from Omegavortex & Pious Levus (black/death from Germany & from the USA), Wesenwille (🌶️ black from The Netherlands), God Alone (math/noise/dance - yeah - from Ireland), Avantasia (symphonic power from Germany - sideproject of Edguy singer Tobias Sammet, feat. guests like Floor Jansen, Geoff Tate and Michael Kiske) and Diamond Chazer (heavy from Colombia).

New singles
There are new songs out from: Darkthrone (🌶️ black/heavy/speed from Norway), Elder (psych stoner/doom from the USA), Wheel (prog from Finland), Deadbody (🌶️ death/grind/hardcore from the USA), Iskandr (black from the Netherlands - this is quite psych-y), Aborted (death/grind from Belgium), -16- (sludge from the USA), Riverside (prog from Poland) Menace Ruine (avantgarde drone/black from Canada), Ofdrykkja (post-black/neofolk from Sweden - feat Coldworld's Georg Börner), Sisters of Suffocation (death from the Netherlands), Faetooth (doom/sludge from the USA), Lykotonon (avantgarde black/death from the USA) and a live track from Neptunian Maximalism (you'll have to listen to know what this is and then still don't know, from Belgium).
